1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kondwit ("the Service"), provided by Kondwit Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Kondwit is a pipeline safety regulatory intelligence platform that provides access to federal regulations, enforcement data, interpretive guidance, and analytical tools for pipeline operators and service providers. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts and Access

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We may change pricing with 30 days written notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Systematically download or scrape content for redistribution
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

6. Data and Content

Regulatory data displayed in the Service is sourced from public federal databases (eCFR, PHMSA, Federal Register, etc.). While we strive for accuracy, the Service is an analytical tool and does not constitute legal advice. You should verify critical regulatory information against official sources.

Content you create within the Service (research sessions, memos, collections) remains your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, your data may be deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
