The tools available to our industry haven't kept pace with the complexity of the regulations we work with. Engineers spend more time searching for information than applying their expertise. Interpretation letters are buried in PDF archives. Enforcement data is disconnected from the regulations it enforces. Cross-references between sections require manual lookup.
